When you have booked a visit with Harmony, we will share information with you to help with your planning, to make you aware of the process, and to keep you updated throughout.  This includes the following.

OUR CURRENT LEAD TIME:  Our current lead time for installations is between 12-14 weeks from the date of placing your order and our next available fitting date will be confirmed to you should you wish to proceed with your proposal.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR VISIT:  We will come away to prepare a design and proposal which we will email and send through in hard copy for you to review in your own time.  You can then let us know if there are any alterations you would like to make to ensure your design achieves just what you are looking for – initial designs are provided free of charge with no-obligation.  Should additional full re-designs and re-drawing be requested (not minor variations to your initial design which we are obviously more than happy to work with you on), these can be produced at a fee of £75, payable upon request, which will be refunded from your order value should you choose to proceed with Harmony.  Please be aware that we have a minimum order value of £1,000.  Proposals are valid for 30 days – if you choose to go ahead after this timescale, we will re-price your furniture for you.

IF YOU NEED HELP WITH PRE-WORKS:  If you would like us to help with any pre-works which includes removal of your existing furniture, electrics, plastering or decorating, please do let Steve know during your visit and he can cost for these for you.  If you were to go ahead with us, we will schedule all your pre-works in and let you know who would be with you and when.  Any pre-works allowed for would be included on your order form.

SHOWROOM VISITS:  Appointments are available Monday-Friday at scheduled times – we are continuing with visits by appointment only during the current situation.  Please let us know while we are with you if you would like to arrange a visit following your appointment or you can contact me here in the showroom to book a slot beforehand Monday to Friday at either 10.30am, 12.30pm or 2.30pm.  We always encourage our customers to visit so they can see the quality of our furniture and the methods of our manufacture, especially if you choose us to provide your custom made furniture.

DOWNLOAD OUR BROCHURE:  You can download our brochure from our ‘Contact Us’ page on this website here – the brochure demonstrates door colours and designs in either the BELLA vinyl wrapped MDF or ZURFIZ acrylic front ranges, which can be used in any room in the home, not just bedrooms!  These can be used for hinged opening wardrobes as well as fronts for any other bespoke furniture.

Blossom (our front suppliers) offer a wide range of BELLA vinyl wrapped MDF colours in wood-effect, paint-effect, solid or stone, as well as a wide range of traditional or contemporary door designs.  They also offer ZURFIZ acrylic fronts for a sleek, minimalist look.  Handles choices can be found at the back of the brochure.  (Room designs in the brochure are for demonstration purposes only for fronts colours and designs and are not indicative of the fully custom made and fitted product you will receive from Harmony). 

Please note that our supplier has discontinued a number of handles in this brochure and have released a fantastic NEW HANDLE RANGE and you can view all handles available from us via this link and they are also available to view in our showroom! –  Please be aware that handle prices range from £6-£35.

COVID SAFETY MEASURES:  Please advise us as early as possible if anyone in your home tests positive for Covid so that we can reschedule your appointment to keep everyone safe, thank you.

Please ensure there is sufficient parking in place for our visit – if a permit is required, please ensure you have a visitor’s permit available ready for our arrival.  Likewise, if you choose to go ahead with your order, we will need clear parking for our van on or close to your property for unloading and parking for the duration of your installation. Any parking costs and/or penalties will be payable by yourselves.
